Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "fg99" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at fg99.one, and to the company operating that platform.
• "Platform" means the fg99 website, mobile browser interface, all games, betting markets, promotional systems, and payment services made available to Members.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has completed the fg99 registration process and holds a verified account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access Platform services and hold a BDT wallet balance.
• "BDT" or "Taka" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which fg99 accounts are denominated.

• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded to a Member under the terms of a specific fg99 promotion, distinct from real-money deposits.

• "Verification" means the identity and age confirmation process that fg99 may require a Member to complete at any time.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The fg99 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. fg99 may request documentary proof of age at any point, and accounts where the Member cannot confirm they are aged 21 or above will be suspended pending review.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the fg99 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. fg99 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all locations. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and in breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one fg 99 Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. fg99 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and permanently ban individuals who repeatedly attempt to create multiple accounts.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. fg99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Account Rules

3.1 Verification. fg99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of your registered payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen confirming the registered mobile number). Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by fg99 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

3.2 Account Currency. All fg99 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no conversion fees applied to your wallet balance. The balance you see is the amount available in BDT, and all displayed amounts throughout the Platform use BDT as the base currency.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. fg99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts after notice has been provided. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your fg99 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your Account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. If you are closing your Account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods. fg99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. fg99 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors not listed here, or payments originating from accounts not held in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change at fg99's discretion with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your fg99 wallet within five minutes of confirmed mobile payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours during standard operating periods. fg99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own network or system issues.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 BST (UTC+6) on a business day are ordinarily processed within four hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 BST or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. fg99 may delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or where a transaction triggers an internal compliance review.

4.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a method already registered and verified on the Account. fg99 will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a name other than the registered Member's full legal name.

4.6 Wagering Before Withdrawal. Real-money deposits (excluding Bonus Funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the identity verification requirements described in Section 3.1. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before a withdrawal can be processed.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. fg99 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳25,000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack typically contribute 10%. Crash games and sports bets may contribute at rates specified on the relevant promotion page. Bets on games excluded from wagering contribution do not count toward meeting the requirement.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. fg99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any other strategy that fg99 determines in good faith to constitute exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, fg99 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the Account.

5.5 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified Members who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. fg99 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and is not required to state a reason for doing so.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market on the fg99 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface or market page. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager. fg99 is not liable for losses arising from a Member's failure to understand game or market rules.

6.2 Finality of Results. The result of any game or sports betting market, once settled by fg99's system, is final. In the event of a technical error during a game round, fg99 will investigate and may void the affected round, returning the wager amount to the Member's wallet. Decisions made by fg99 regarding disputed game outcomes are final and binding.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets. Pre-match and in-play betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an event is abandoned, suspended, or its result is subsequently reversed by the governing body, fg99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market page. fg99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members where risk management or responsible gaming considerations apply.

6.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a platform malfunction, technical failure, or communication disruption during a game round or bet placement, fg99's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If logs are insufficient to determine a fair outcome, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Holding more than one fg99 Account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void.

• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure by any means.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. fg99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Members. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take active steps to support Members who may be at risk.

8.2 Available Tools. Every fg99 Account includes the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible from within the Account settings at any time:

Intellectual Property

9.2 Limited Licence. fg99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not use the fg99 brand, logo, name, or any other intellectual property of fg99 in any manner without express prior written authorisation from fg99. Scraping, data mining, or any automated extraction of Platform data is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. fg99 will use reasonable commercial endeavours to maintain Platform availability. However, fg99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances beyond fg99's reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.

10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where fg99 is found liable to you for direct damages, the maximum aggregate liability of fg99 shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your fg99 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. fg99 is not liable for the performance, availability, or content of third-party game studios, payment processors, or other third-party services integrated into the Platform. Disputes regarding game outcomes from certified third-party studios should be directed first to fg99 support, which will liaise with the relevant studio on your behalf.

Privacy & Data

11.1 Data Collection. fg99 collects personal data including your name, mobile number, date of birth, device and browser identifiers, transaction records, and gameplay history. Amendments & Termination

12.2 Termination by fg99. fg99 may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if fg99 reasonably suspects fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if fg99 decides to discontinue the Platform or any part of it. Upon termination for breach, any balance held in your Account may be forfeited where fg99 determines that the balance was obtained through prohibited conduct.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms shall survive termination and continue to apply.

Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of international commercial law as applicable to online gaming platforms operating cross-border.

13.2 fg99 does not make any representation that the Platform or its services comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
